Maybe bring a blanket and cushion/pillow for extra comfort

I have yoga mats, blocks and bolsters - you may wish to bring your own

(We will be lying down towards the end of each session)

Bring some water (tea and coffee etc available for after)


The venue

The Meeting House is on the West side of Brunel. You enter this part of the Campus via Cleveland Road

Nearest post code is UB8 2DD

 

Look out for the landmark of The Marie Jahoda Building

turn here and buzz to go through the barrier

Tell security you are going to yoga in The Meeting House Once through, after a few yards, turn right and park (free)
